These Terms of Use apply to Opinion Greatest ("App") from Sightific LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and Use
You must be eligible under the App's rules (e.g., age, residency) and use the App only for personal, non-commercial participation in surveys and rewards. You may not abuse the service, use automation, or attempt to game rewards.
2. Rewards and Verification
Rewards (e.g., gift cards) may be subject to verification and fraud checks. We may delay, withhold, or reverse rewards if we suspect fraud, violation of these terms, or abuse. We are not responsible for third-party survey or reward-provider policies.
3. No Guarantee
We do not guarantee availability of surveys, reward amounts, or that you will qualify for any reward. Screenouts and eligibility are determined by survey providers and our systems.
4. Refunds and Chargebacks
Rewards are provided as described in the App. We do not offer cash refunds. Disputes regarding store purchases (if any) are subject to the applicable store's policies.
5. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
