These Terms of Use apply to DMV Greatest ("App") from Sightific LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the App
The App is for practice and study only. It is not affiliated with any state DMV or government agency. Always verify requirements and test formats with your state's official DMV.
2. No Guarantee
We do not guarantee that using the App will result in passing any DMV test. You are responsible for your own preparation and for confirming official rules in your state.
3. In-App Purchases and Refunds
If the App offers in-app purchases, payments are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are subject to the applicable store's policies. We do not control store refund decisions.
4. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
