These Terms of Use apply to Citizenship Greatest ("App") offered by Sightific LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the App
The App is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App or its content without our written permission.
2. No Official Affiliation
The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to USCIS or any government agency. Content is for practice and study only. Always verify information with official sources (e.g., uscis.gov) and qualified immigration professionals.
3. No Guarantee
We do not guarantee that use of the App will result in passing any test or meeting any immigration requirement. You are responsible for your own preparation and decisions.
4. In-App Purchases and Refunds
If the App offers in-app purchases, payments are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted through the applicable store's policies. We do not control store refund decisions.
5. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
